PINK-PARFAIT Lisianthus, with its delicate, wide ruffled petals and oval leaves, come in various colors such as white, shades of pink, lavender, deep purple, and bi-colors such as blue-violet. John Ruskin said that Lisianthus flowers seem intended for the solace of humanity. And that’s what I had in mind when I created “Pink-Parfait” using a combination of digital photo painting, sculpted archival paper, pink and red pastels, acrylics and watercolor. To create this work, I used a combination of multi-layered digital photo painting, sculpted archival paper, pastels, acrylics and watercolor. The 23"x29" piece is framed with acid-free, floating mats under museum glass. Hanging hardware is in place on the black dimensional gallery frame. Also included with the original is a Certificate of Authenticity and a photo of the artist creating Pink-Parfait. Prints are also available.
